Dr. Tammy Hawks

Dr. Tammy Hawks graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne in Hickory, NC and then went on to Pennsylvania College of Optometry to complete her education as an Optometrist and graduated in May of 1988. She is affiliated with the American Optometric Association, North Carolina State Optometric Association, and Piedmont Optometric Society. She is married to Mike Hawks and has two children.
